Seven years ago my neighbors installed outdoor security cameras and have used them to take unauthorized video of my kids, my property and inside my house. The City of Bismarck has not done a thing about it. Under pressure from one legislator the City Attorney eventually wrote an ammendment to a "window peeking ordinance" but the City Commissioners will not look at it or put it on their agenda. This City is overflowing with corruption and unethical behavior. The City of Bismarck has City Commissioners that lie, police officers that lie and take false police reports and a Assistant City attorney that makes Mike Nifong look like a choir boy. I am tired of the lies and the strongarmed tactics by the police to try and shut me up. I am looking for help and I hope by posting this blog someone somewhere will help me. Because NO ONE and I mean NO ONE with the means to help in the STATE will. The list of individuals I have asked for help and received nothing in return except EXCUSES in unbelieveable. This story is so long and indepth that it is hard to really describe but the bottom line after all the excuses and lies I just want privacy on my private property and I want my neighbor to stop taking unauthorized videotape of my kids and their friends.
