First of all thank you to Glen for commenting and I will look into the FBI thing. I don't know if we have one here or not. This is what I have been told. My neighbors can set up outdoor video cameras and record my property and children because there is no law or ordinance that "specifically" says they can't. There are laws like "window peeking", "stalking" and "disorderly conduct" that I think cover this kind of behavior BUT the Bismarck police department, Bismarck City Hall and the North Dakota Justice system think otherwise. I have contacted many people even the Governor and have gotten nowhere. I have been fighting these unethical and dishonorable people for 7 years. I have contacted everyone I think that could help including O'Reilly, Beck and Hannity to name a few. O'Reilly is looking out for everybody but my family, but I am still a fan I just hope no has brought it to his attention yet, he could get to the bottom of this in a heartbeat with one phone call. I still watch his show and that is how I found out about this website. I am frustrated with the fact that the freaks, perverts and people with no common decency always have more rights than the normal folk, if we don't put a stop to this nonsense there isn't going to be much of a future for our children.
